Amazon LogoDigital News Report – Amazon.com announced today a new Kindles Owners’ Lending Library, which will allow the customers that have the Amazon Prime membership to borrow thousands of books at no extra charge. The new lending library includes over 100 New York Times Bestseller books.

The Kindle owners that have a paid membership can read the book at no cost for as long as they have the Prime Membership. The catch is that in order to access the library a Kindle E-ink or Kindle Fire eBook reader is also needed.
