Digital News Report – James Durbin has accomplished what many have only dreamed of; he has made it to the final four on FOX’s ‘American Idol’ singing contest. If he makes it to the top three this Thursday, May 12, he will be coming along with the TV show to do a Hometown Visit on May 14.
The City of Santa Cruz will be releasing full details of the events planned and time and locations after the Thursday elimination round happens. Some of the plans do involve the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and James Durbin will cruise down Pacific Avenue and Beach Street and will perform at the Boardwalk’s Beach Bandstand.
The City of Santa Cruz is inviting everyone to come down, celebrate James Durbin Day, and wish the ‘American Idol’ contestant good luck. In the meantime, make sure to vote for James Durbin on Thursday to make sure that he makes it to the final three.
