Cadillac Shield Program launched by GM

By Victoria Brown on February 14, 2011

Digital News Report – GM launched the Cadillac Shield Program which includes roadside assistance and warranty repairs for the first five years or 100,000 miles for all 2011 Cadillac models owners. It will include new owners and those owners that have previously purchased 2011 model year Cadillac cars.

The Cadillac Shield Program includes the Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance service, a five year or 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, a four-year or 50,000 mile vehicle bumper-to-bumper warranty coverage. There is also a 24/7 roadside assistance for the first 5 years or 100,000 miles. When the Cadillac is being serviced there is courtesy transportation available during that visit.

With the Cadillac Shield program you also get one-year OnStar Directions and Connections plan service. You can get the myCadillac smart-phone app that works on iPhone or Android mobile phones. This phone app will help to remind where you parked and locate a dealer or get roadside assistance.
