Digital News Report – The newest generation models of the Amazon Kindle have already achieved the Best-Selling Products on Amazon ranking. Amazon.com has announced that they will start shipping the new Amazon Kindle today which is two days earlier than the original scheduled release date. According to Amazon, these new models the Kindle and the Kindle 3G are the fastest selling ones that the company has released so far.
The reason for the higher demand for the next generation Amazon Kindle ebook reader models is the pricing has been lowered, and they have made them lighter and increased the storage of the ebook readers. They have also improved other features on the new Amazon Kindle readers. The Kindle with Wi-Fi only sells for $139, while the Kindle 3G has both Wi-Fi and 3G connection Amazon’s online digital book store. The Amazon Kindle 3G sells for $189.
This is the third generation of designs for the Amazon Kindle eBook reader.
