Jane Fonda interviewed on Dr Oz and discusses New Workout DVDs

Digital News Report – Jane Fonda, 74, is back with her longevity revolution and two new workout DVDs that she discussed during and interview on the ‘Dr. Oz Show’. She has been an actress, then later became popular for creating exercise videos. Before her exercise years she also became a political activist against the Vietnam War. Today, on the ‘Dr. Oz Show,’ she looked young and vibrant.

Fonda explained that her mom committed suicide when she was 12 years old. When she was 64 years old, Fonda learned that her mom was sexually abused when she was 8 years old. That gave her answers about her mother so she could forgive her.

She was married three times, but said that she learned so much from each of them. She does not view the marriage as difficult, but she said that she would never get married again; she has a boyfriend now.

Fonda admitted to having an eating disorder for around twenty years at one point in her life. She said that you could not be a whole person if you are an addicted person and felt this way about her eating disorder.

Now Fonda has decided to make new exercise videos because she knows how important fitness is who are older or who have not exercised before. She has hip and knee replacements.

Jane Fonda had a list of questions we can ask ourselves in order to do a life review, which in turn can help us to live a fuller life. When she was approaching 60 she wanted to know where she wanted to go, she wanted investigate the past. She suggests interviewing parents separately about the past. She discovered that her dad suffered from undiagnosed depression during her investigations.

Four questions to complete a life review.

Question One – What would you say about yourself?

Question Two – What would your family say about you?

Question Three – What goals do you have for the rest of your life? You want to come to the end with what you want to be she said. The older women are not afraid to be themselves as much as they may have been when they were younger.

Question Four – What do you want it all to add up to? She said that it means that you are a whole person, including love and experiences.
