For online shopping you can get free shipping on qualifying orders of $99 or more by using the coupon code ‘LABORDAYSHIP’. If you do not have that large of an order, you might want to use the coupon code ‘CELEBRATE’ this will get you an extra 10 percent off Jewelry, 15 percent off all clothing and accessories and home fashions. Additionally, the coupon code will also save an extra 20 percent off on shoes. There are exclusion on some items from this promotion.
Major Appliances and Mattress Sales Event
The biggest feature of the Sears Labor Day sale is their major appliances are discounted considerably. If you are thinking about buying a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, clothes washer, or dryer, you might want to check out their sale. On a selection of Kenmore appliances, there is a 25 percent discount. They are also offering free delivery on the major appliances.

Another hot sale item at Sears this weekend is their electronics department. You can save up to 30 percent off on HDTV sets. There is up to 15 percent off on laptop computers. You can either have the item shipped to you with many qualifying for free shipping or you can arrange to pick it up at the local Sears store for free as well. However it appears that there are sales on electronics at their retail stores too. For instance they have Samsung HDTV sets on sale with discounts up to 33 percent off. They also have an additional 5 percent off online only orders of selected electronics. It might be worth shopping both at their retail store as well as online to make sure you are getting the best electronics deal.
Clothing and Handbags
In the clothing departments, there is also savings. Sears is advertising that they are offering their lowest prices of the season on Levi brand denim.
Women’s outwear dresses and more clothing is up to 65 percent off online.
Men’s suits are 40 – 50 percent off. Men’s dress slacks are 40 – 50 percent off. All of the men’s jeans are on sale. Men’s outerwear and accessories are up to 65 percent off online only.
Children’s Dockers brand school uniforms are on sale with 50 – 60 percent off of regular price. Girls dresses are 50 – 55 percent discounted. Boys Tops, t-shirts, and hoodies are 50 percent off. Girls fashion tops and bottoms are 40-50 percent off. Backpacks for kids are 50-60 percent off.
Online only is handbags from eBags, which is discounted 30 percent off. Other handbags, sunglasses and accessories are 30 percent off online only.
