Digital News Report – The White House has a new app for the Android mobile phones. In addition to this, there is also an upgraded iPhone app available as well. Both apps are free and help citizens to stay up to date on related news concerning President Obama at the White House.
The mobile phone app will alert you when President Obama is ready to give a speech. There is updates for news and the White House Blog. You can check out the latest photos and videos that the Whitehouse.gov website has released.
To download the free app for the Android mobile phone visit https://market.android.com/details?id=gov.whitehouse. You can also browse to http://m.whitehouse.gov/ of phones that have Internet access but don’t have an app developed directly for the mobile phone.
