YouTube now has Live streams on popular events

Digital News Report – YouTube has started offering live streaming video of concerts, sporting events, interviews, and more. To get to the live streaming events on YouTube you visit www.youtube.com/live. There will be lists of upcoming and currently live events.

There is an upcoming live presentation on April 11, at 5:30 pm PT, by Robert Proctor, MS, PHD, Professor of the History of Science at Stanford University called ‘The Global Tobacco Epidemic.’ He will discuss how the tobacco industry impacted health worldwide.

PGNlive’s Channel will have a presentation on popular video game play. It will stream live April 10 at 7 pm Pacific Time. They will discuss popular games such as Blackops and Minecraft.

There are a more live scheduled events with some covering nature, and other discussing movies.
