Joe Jackson planning a Wrongful Death Lawsuit against Murray for Michael Jackson’s Death

Digital News Report – Dr. Conrad Murray may have more legal troubles as Joe Jackson is planning of filing a wrongful death lawsuit against him because he is being accused on not calling 911 fast enough, according to a report in the Los Angeles Times.

The report continues to explain that Joe Jackson’s attorney, Brian Oxman sent a letter notifying Dr. Conrad Murray of the intent to sue for wrongful death in the next 90 days.

MTV UK reported that the Michael Jackson was resuscitated for ten minutes, a full hour after suffering cardiac arrest. Dr. Conrad Murray was accused of stopping CPR in order to hide Propofol before the paramedics arrived.

According to CBS News the lawsuit alleges that Dr. Conrad Murray was seen in a club drinking just a few hours before giving Michael Jackson the propofol drugs.

Dr. Conrad Murray has pled not guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter for the criminal case.
