Digital News Report – The first quarter was dead with neither team scoring, but in the second quarter things opened up for the Cowboys after QB Tony Romo completed a touchdown pass to tight end John Philips. But the Eagles came back with a 76-yard touchdown pass to Jeremy Maclin from Michael Vick.
The Cowboys came back in the second quarter scoring 27 of their 34 points. The Cowboys scored another touchdown in the third quarter with a 76-yeard touchdown run by Felix Jones.
Things were looking bad for the Eagles going into the fourth quarter. They did score one more touchdown when Donovan McNabb completed a 4-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver DeSean Jackson. The final score was 34-14.
The Cowboys advance in the NFC to play the Minnesota Vikings next Sunday.
