Digital News Report – The Baltimore Ravens smashed the New England Patriots’ hopes of making it to the Super Bowl on Sunday with a 33-14 win. This is an amazing feat considering the Ravens have never won against the Patriots.
The Pats were doomed from the start after the Ravens scored a touchdown run from their first line of scrimmage.
The Ravens have seen post season play in 6 of the last 14 seasons, when the franchise was created (1996). Next Saturday the Ravens play the Colts which they only beat twice in their short history. They won the Superbowl in 2000 against the New York Giants.
The New York Jets will play the San Diego Chargers next Sunday.
