If you would like to submit a story, feel free to register an account and submit it for review. You must have a first name, last name, and valid email address in your profile for your story to be considered. We will not reject a story based its subject matter, but overtly crude language, threats, libel, or inflammatory language will be grounds for article rejection, as well as articles that are veiled advertisements for a product or service.
If you would like to become an author, please contact the site administrators with samples of your work. Please send at least two samples about any subject matter that is at least 50 words in length. You should indicate whether you want your sample articles to be published. If no preference is specified, they may or may not be published at the discretion of the site administrators. There is no minimum or maximum number of articles required to be an author, though you will be expected to contribute on a regular basis.
DNR does not discriminate based on political affiliation, gender, sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, religion, location, class, or nationality. All are welcome to apply.
If you would like to submit a press release send an email to stories@digitalnewsreport.com with the words “PRESS RELEASE” in the heading. Our staff will use their discretion when choosing which stories to cover.
Standards for story publication
DNR accepts articles on a wide range of subject matter. Opinions in editorials do not necessarily reflect the views of DNR nor anyone affiliated with this site. We reserve the right to edit or delete articles with grossly crude language, threats, libel, or copyright infringement where Fair Use does not apply. We reserve the right to edit articles for grammar, punctuation, spelling, or clarity. All administrator edits will be noted at the end of the article.
All pictures and images must be free of copyright or fall under Fair Use. If you believe that there is a mistake and you see an image that you hold the copyright to, please contact the site administrator. We will correct mistakes as soon as possible.
