Sandra Cantu
Digital News Report- The body of missing 8-year old Sandra Cantu from Tracy was found in a suitcase floating in an irrigation pond on Monday. Police are searching the Clover Road Baptist Church located near Sandra’s home. Authorities have also searched the home of the churches pastor, which is located in the trailer park where Sandra lived with her family. As of this time, the pastor has not been named as a suspect.
An autopsy was performed on Tuesday, though determining the cause of death could take 4-8 weeks. The body was wearing the same clothing that Sandra was last seen wearing, but an official identification is pending until dental records can confirm her identity.
